So I'm going to put a couple of cd decks and a mixer in the trunk of my car once I install some custom woofers etc in the car. I could use a lot of suggestions on how to mount the eq so that I can swivel it around and not be facing the car (ie be facing the crowd) while still having a pull out type of tray.

Ive thought of ripping out the air bag on the passenger side and mounting a dual dj CD player...put a mixer in also....that way you could cruise and spin at the same time.......well one person do there own

Well, I actually just bot a new computer (Athlon 1800 XP with a ABIT KG7-RAID, 256MB RAM and duel 100gb 8MB buffer HD from western digital)Just enough to hold all of the mp3s I have
Anyway, I would of course have it in the trunk, and have a pull out rack that would have all of my dj eq on it. I just don't know if mounting it on the ceiling of my trunk is enough stability and strength if I plan to have an extention arm to be able to face to crowd in stead of the trunk. I also have to have enough room to house all of the speakers in my trunk too. Maybe I'll just take out my back seat
