Do a short background check on the judge.
Then ask yourself if you're comfortable living in such illegit conditions.

Is that a rhetorical question for our dear Bush apologist who's never disagreed with the mighty leader once in his life?

No I don't. And what does the fact that it's an editorial got to do with my irritation over his views ?

what? that he's a conservative jurist? GOOD!
i rather have someone base his judgement on the letter of the law and not stretch the means to fit his political ends.
see this is where you liberals lose so much of your intellectual credibility (as if you, DJShibster, had any to begin with). you applaud conservative jurists when it suits your political motivations but the second they hand a verdict to you that doesn't jive with those motivations youre off to the races with allegations of a vast right-wing conspiracy, having very little knowledge, yourself, of the laws that had just been applied.

The craziest part is that you actually believe the reality you've created for yourself.

That's because I'm comfortable with existence as it is.
I don't think there's anything crazy about questioning everything there is to question; that's human.
I do, however, find such blind allegiance (even to the point of memory swapping) to meager political ends or religions an avenue for future mental illness.

no you're not. wtf is that? you are far from apolitical...at least the reality you've created for yourself here in this forum anyway.

OBFUSCATION.
this thread is very simple. it's not that complicated.
...as if you're relieved from any "blind allegiances" yourself. please dude.
