A friend and I just started a web company that provides free access to hundreds of exercise videos for everybody out there that can't afford the arm and a leg trainers charge. I've noticed the interest in fitness on these boards and thought some might be interested. Hope you enjoy.

Those threads are definitely worthwhile, but I didn't see a wide arrange of actual exercises in that thread which is why I felt posting a link to this site would be useful. Either way, it's free, so how could it hurt.
