For pretty much every genre of EDM its been a poor year....
In regards to trance I would really struggle to name a couple of big tunes. What are classed as big tunes - Outsiders, Life less ordinary etc.. are imo pretty average!

For trance, haven't really heard anything all that great this year. The only one I've liked is Octagen & Hydroid-Within (T4L Remix). I've loved Life Less Ordinary when it first came out but it's been played to death now. I've been mainly checking out house releases from 2005-06 lately.
