For the 13th year in a row, another undoubtedly fantastic edition of Dance Valley will take place at Recreation Park Spaarnwoude on Saturday, July 14th. What began in 1995 as a small-scale, intimate dance festival with just a few areas for a handful of dance purists has grown into a mature, world-renowned and internationally respected festival. An average of 50,000 partygoers from all over the globe find their way to the Recreation Park Spaarnwoude each year in order to submerge to the sets by the absolute DJ elite: there is literally not a single top DJ that hasn't been able to perform at Dance Valley! After the past two editions that lasted an entire weekend, Dance Valley is returning to its old familiar setting on the old familiar Saturday.

For the third year in a row, Mid-Town Records will be providing the Dance Valley CD release. After editions by the Swedish grand master StoneBridge, Dutch techtrance hero Marcel Woods (both from 2005) and the last techtrance addition by Sander van Doorn (2006), this year offers one of the headliners of the Dance Valley 2007 Main Stage: international superstar Ferry Corsten. Ferry is an absolute veteran of the Dance Valley phenomenon; aside from the fact that Ferry has performed at every Dance Valley edition since 2001 - during the Dance Valley 2006 he even had his own L.E.F. stage! - he made the official anthem for the festival in 2001 and has already had the honour of producing the Dance Valley compilations in 2001 and 2004. With two artist albums to his credit - "Right of Way" and "L.E.F." -, a sack of international hits, an equal-sized stack of remixes for celebrated national and international artists and numerous mix compilations, Ferry is again willing to provide a live recording of his DJ set on 14 July for a new Dance Valley compilation.

Ferry Corsten has made almost all national and international dance floors and podiums in clubs, at events and festivals rock to his beats during his long career, but after all those years he still has a warm place in his dance heart for Dance Valley...

"Dance Valley has a special place in my heart because in this valley the DJ and the crowd can really party together. For this reason it is an honour that Dance Valley has asked me to record my DJ set on July 14th to be released as a compilation shortly after. A compilation like that is like a photo album to me, a perfect reference for a beautiful memory", according to Ferry Corsten.


The double CD "Dance Valley 2007 – Ferry Corsten Live At Dance Valley 2007" will be available one week after the event at the better (internet) record stores.
