It's your name plus "-ness"! Your name with "-ness" attached to it.
You guys follow me? Hang on to that, and as long as you do you’ll always be ready. Because when that moment comes -- and trust me, it will come -- that’s when you start throwing seven different kinds of smoke!
The philosophy behind "-ness" is that it's what makes you special, unique, yourself, different from everyone else, and aweesome at the same time! It's whats in side you!
I think we all have a "ness" inside ourselves, which is supposed to have a positive meaning, and should be joined to our names!
I love my Jamie-ness! My Jem-ness! My Scarfullies-ness!
It's my name plus -ness! and I hope I never lose it!!
I ask again, what's YOUR -ness?
GO OUT THERE AND FIND IT IF YOU DON'T KNOW! 
And once you find it, treasure it... dont let anyone steal it from you, or knock it out the widnow!

He's the best and original example of -ness, and the one that the Dupree, the -ness founder, respects above all others
