Need a Vista compatible USB audio recorder/program
Hello all. I recently got a new Toshiba laptop, and I'd like to use it to record my fellow FLTA's DJ sets (as well as other regional TA DJs when I re-visit them soon) but to my dismay this laptop is running Windows Vista. In addition to USB hardware, I need a program that can record line-in and is Vista compatible.
I am looking to spend no more than $100 on the USB device itself.
Thx in advance.

*EDIT*
RJT? Lucid? Any CORe DJs? Surely you guys record your sets with your laptops? You guys don't have any suggestions?

Seriously dude. I only got this laptop because it was at a good price and it's a Toshiba. Vista = mierda (SHIT), totally agreed.

Why cant you just get an rca to 1/4" headphone jack and plug into the Microphone in slot (assuming it has one?)
Not that you need a mixer, but some now have a USB out feature.... 'cept I know nothing about their quality etc...
