Don't take my word for it, but there are quite a lot of classics in there, ao people may just think for a moment (maybe) that you're just trying to cane them out one by one. I like a couple of them, though, and Tarantula (H&H Mix) just after Moogwai- Labyrinth sounds juicy. Just my 2 cents'.

heh...this is prolly bad to say, but canned tracks are all i know. i don;t spin vinyl (yet) nor do i have any good access to vinyl shops where i live....so its tough to get a hold of good whitelabel tracks, etc...

unless someone can point me to a good source for trance mp3s (other than here...) i'm all for it....otherwise, this is all i know.

thanks for the comments tho guys its much appreciated

I think it must be 450, because I'm now on *checks profile* 427 (428 after this) and I can't change mine yet, but I've seen someone on 451 that has changed it.

Let me ask you something.

If you have any ambition in you whatsoever, and if you are a true DJ, then why do you need others to tell you what to spin, and what to include your tracklist?

This is a decision that every DJ has to make for himself -- and it doesn't matter if you're an amateur or a pro.

If you're asking others what to play, this is a really bad sign...

I have to say, I agree with Eugene on this one. DJing is an individual expression, it's about each DJ being different from the next. You would never go to see different DJs if they were all the same, would you?

I guess he's just asking people for opinions.. after all as a DJ he'll need to know what the crowd thinks (in this case, through feedback) in order to please them. Anyway the final decision will always be on him and it's not absolutely certain that he would take up whatever comments came his way. So I think there's no harm in asking IMO.

Oh and DJTJ, I think the prerequisite for a custom title are 1. 400 posts and above and 2. Must be registered here for at least 5 months.

*EDIT* Hey you've been here since January 2001 and your post counts are definately above 400.. hmmm.

i agree totally....what a DJ plays is up to them...their own expression...their own feelings, etc...

however, my point of asking for opinions is so i can get an idea of what others think of my abilities....i mean, if the selection is jut shit, then i'd like to know so i work on it. when i get confident enough with DJ'ing, the crowd will be all i need. for right now tho, every little bit counts..

i really should be asking you guys to check out my mixing style instead of my track selection....but i'll save that for another thread.

thanks guys
