OK, I didn't say: it's a remix of 'singularity', I just said "it sounds like ..."
But it's probably Ayla/Tandu.

I GOT IT!
It's "Il Caesar-Orgasm" , but I can't find a full version of it anywhere. Mybe it isn't that much released. They are from scandinavia after all, I should know. It doesn't sound at all like "Silencio" , their biggest hit so far.
