If Cheney wasn't allowed to shoot innocent animals like that, he'd surely be going to public places and shooting people, its in his nature. Sometimes when he grabs his gun, he is itched towards shooting another person, which is what happened on at least one occassion. Sounds like the description of a psychopath to me ... and so similar to this political decisions, too ... beware of Cheney!
