Gui Boratto -- Addicted vol. 2

Next up for Boratto is another first: a mix CD. Spotters will note that Boratto isn't actually a DJ so the album was recorded using Ableton Live, piecing together tracks from like-minded producers such as Stephan Bodzin, Minilogue and Sascha Funke. "People can really hear what I’m into on this CD," explains Boratto. "But because I’m not a DJ, I approached this as a musician. I am always working in my studio so I don’t have the time to go to the store!" As you'd expect, Boratto's Kompakt labelmates The Rice Twins, The Field and of course Supermayer make appearances too.

Tracklist

CD1

1. Dan Berkson - Circuits
2. Agnes - Hi Murda (LP Edit)
3. Stephan Bodzin - Liebe ist…

Looks decent, but not too many up-front tracks. Probably worth the buy.

Second disc looks solid, first one just kinda feels full of tracks I'm kind of over.

Supermayer - Two of Us

just listened to this on beatport. Released on Kompakt. I like the sample enough to buy. Sounds kinda dirty.
