If anyone could help me out, please explain this

Vol 1 mixed by matt hardwick & john askew
vol 2 mixed by john o'callaghan
vol 3 mixed by Matt hardwick & john askew, again

vol 5 to be mixed by greg downey

First 3 cd's were brilliant,vol 5 probably will be the same

My point is, whats happening to vol 4, or have they forgotten it.
Whos will it be mixed by, where too & when.

Anyone have any links?

Sean Tyas recorded one in July, perhaps that one is #4
