Does anybody else hear the computer doing shit when you have your headphones on, like little buzzing and beeps? If i minimize the window, it goes somthing like "bzzzahnnkk"

The only sounds my computer makes are the occasional hard drive whuzzing and a click when I open a folder.

Your computer is getting too loud. Also, your components are beginning to pick up noise (because of said loudness) and because they're potentially shitty. And old.
I recommend fire. And lots of it!
But don't tell your parents I said that.
BBQ.
Edit: Hmm, BBQ isn't entirely out of context here, either...

Laptop or desktop?
Laptops are particularly bad about this due to the proximity of all the components. This is usually why an external interface (breakout box) is used for any audio work.
On a desktop, integrated sound may also be susceptible to interference due to the controller being on the motherboard.
I don't know how much you'll be able to eliminate the noise, though. =(
