Any of you guys know a program that idles in the background that allows you to set post-processing effects to your desktop/programs, such as saturation, color balance, depth-blur ect?

ke was warum?

you're using the term post processing totally out of context.

The term specifically means processing something that has already been produced.
Batch processing a series of photographs, renaming a set of files etc etc

What you want is a way to control the appareance of the programs?

My bad, yes pretty much. I don't know if something like this exists or not.

Yes, shitloads of programs exist that do exactly what you asked for in your first post. I'm not too sure about real-time control, but it's worth a try.

There's no way in hell I'm going to do all that research right now, so here are some leads:

samurize

windows blinds
uxtheme

Beryl isn't for windows, but you can look for similar programs on Windows. Search for all those things and learn what you want.
