Passive Aggressive Tactics
I hate them. I'm a very assertive, sometimes aggressive, person by nature. I can't fucking stand beating around the bush or not being forthcoming with people.
But my room-mate has forced me to stoop to passive aggressive behavior, lol.
He just doesn't get it, I'm not sure why. I guess cause he lacks common sense, and it's apparent he doesn't really THINK.
I asked him a few times, straight up, NOT to put organic waste in the garbage...because it attracts fruit flies. Who doesn't know that?? I also asked him NOT to leave food on the dishes he leaves in the sink, and NOT to leave food remnants in the drain.
I came home yesterday to find a quarter loaf of mouldy fucking bread in the garbage. We're not talking a few days of mould, we're talking like at least a week or two...and he had it in HIS ROOM. There were also banana peels and some other shit in there.
I was pissed, because I JUST told him last week he couldn't put shit like that in there.
So I wrote a letter. Oh yes. Here's what it said:
"Please do NOT put organic waste in the garbage. This includes:
- banana peels, apple cores, etc.
- any kind of fruit or veggie pits/peels/rinds/leftovers
- meat, cheese
- ANYTHING that can rot or mould (i.e. BREAD or CHEESE) and attract FRUIT FLIES!!
THIS IS GROSS!! Put it in a separate bag and put it in the downstairs garbage.
Also, please do not leave food in the sink or on dishes in the sink, or in the drain. It's gross! It smells!!
Thank You!"
I taped it up RIGHT above the sink. If the moron can't get it right this time, I'm gonna have to throw down.
COR Version: My room-mate is a gross dirty moron who needs to be reminded like a child how to clean up after himself properly.
