Anyways...what do you need an mp3 splitter for? If it's for separating sets and burning them to cds, there's a much better way which is using cue sheets.

A cue sheet is a text file that contains data that tells the CD-R drive where to insert the track breaks in an audio CD.

You will need a CD burning software that supports cue sheets, such as Nero. After that it's pretty simple, as all you have to do is open the file with Nero Burning ROM and when it opens (it takes around 5-10 minutes) all you have to do is press burn.
