It's actually called City - Zum Beispiel Susann (Paul van Dyk Rework) and it's not very good at all.

I get the feeling you're talking about Paul van Dyk - Animacion though. Which is a very good track.

Did Animacion ever get a proper release? Seems there's a short version from the Zurdo soundtrack, but I'm sure the actual original is longer than 6 minutes.
