Dj Ideal . . . if that was you as the opener you did a nice job. Great sound.
Wasn't feeling Lawler last night. It was just a forgettable set. What happened to the Lawler circa early Lights Out period? I set myself up by the speakers so I could "feel" the Lawler sound but it never really showed. Speaking of not showing up there was not a lot of people last night either. Plus at 3:00 the lights came on and it was time to go (?). What's up with that??
Overall it was a fun night and always nice to see you Jenna. The club was fine (sound, air conditioning, etc. )But the set was just lacking. Kinda gave me the same feeling the last time I saw Sander.
Bring on Sasha!!

I've never been a huge fan of the mp3 sets of his that I have, but I wanted to see what all the fuss was about, so I went to this show. Yawn. Boring.
One thing I like about minimalism is the ability to layer some pretty mindbending things during the transitions. What I don't like about minimalism is the 11 minutes or so you spend waiting in between.
It wasn't very full and the crowd didn't seem to be very into it, like was posted above. On the bright side, my bartender was very sweet and attentive. The friendliness of the staff seems to have improved.
Don't know that I can make Sharam (although I would like to), but I'm going to try to make Sasha on the 5th (I think that's the date...)
