Let's see...
I love your bassline, very driving and funky, although I feel like it could sound less dry.
Around 1:30, it sounds as though a little buildup is going to happen, but it doesn't really arrive with as much oomph as it should...same thing around 2:10.
I like that slightly detuned synth. Reminds me of Three Drives - Sunset on Ibiza.
There's something about the way you lead into the breakdown that doesn't work...I can't really put my finger on it, but it somehow doesn't feel right. Maybe have the detuned synth fade into a moment of silence before you begin building up the lead synth.
Main buildup could use more effects and sounds and craziness! It's lacking energy. Sorry for the backseat remixing here...I think it would be cool to fade the kick out as you come out of the buildup, then a reverse crash, then slam back into the main hook. Even something as simple as that would make it sound a lot cooler.
Overall, it's a good start and has amazing potential. Keep it up.
