Jojojo Guys ,

i've been working on this track for a couple of hours, its kind of a house track with some old shool sounding pads, layd back hook and stuff.. tried to do something different from my usual style and producing was realy fun so far but now im lacking a bit of ideas...

... so your suggestions are warmly welcome...

I love it!
Kick and percussion reminds me of a markus schulz' remix of Jewel - Intuition.

Nice flow also. Keep me updated about the progress

Nice track, has potential.

Didnt like how you went from single note to chords tho, the build up melody sounds a bit weak when it's not in chords.

Work with a solid build up to release in climax with that legato/portamento like synth sound you had.

The filter effect on the beats gets a bit boring after a while too, just drop it after a while and build up with more percs or something.

Good luck!

heya,

thanks for the review, just returning a review here for you.

- Brilliant kick, nice and deep
- Nice deep bassline too
- cool fx
- pads later on have a little too much low end, conflicts with the bass and kick
- funky beat, great stuff, did you use loops or not?
- melody sounds more like it should fit with an alternating key in the bassline, try kicking it up 3 semitones here and there or something
- click on the lead needs working on, typical vanguard stuff that click. can be helped with a de-clicked.

great!

CU

Nick

Review Latest Track; Charlie Delta - Then The Days Where Long

Music is as universal to people as breathing. We've probably been at it since before we even started talking. Immaging two cavemen smashing away at a peace of flint to make a spearhead. It wouldn't take long for them to learn te synchronise the sound. And there you have it, the words first percussive band.

Music has survived wars, famines, the plague and many other things and has evolved with man across many cultures. Dance music is just the next step in the evolutionary chain. My guess is that it will probably be with us untill we are extinced.

you're off to a great start, nice sounds and well put together. Though, this track is just BEGGING for a proper bassline. You should try throwing on a progressive type of bassline, reference lemon 8 tracks. Check out my tune in the forum: "Nick E - Event Horizon"
