Seriously WICKED Speakers
I'm in dire need of some serious speakers... Like "open a can of premium grade A Whoop ass" speakers (for computer ofcourse) and a formidable sound card to better fit those speakers. The ones I currently have... I've been using them for ages, and they're waisted. Anyone know any killers??

You'll probably be happy with high end KRK's or Mackies too.

You might want to specify a price range. When you say "grade a can of whoopass" we start thinking of stuff in the thousands of dollar
Of course, if you've got that sort of cash... Genelec 1030 or 1032's *drool*

Yes, Dynaudio BM6As sound great.
Genelecs sound great too, but I don't have a pair of those.

lots to recommend. What is your budget? Next pair of speakers I'll buy will be a pair of about 3000Euro a pair or more. IMO that's where whoop ass just begins. Serious whoop ass would be the 40k stereo setup I heard at some local audio dealer.
Without a budget could tell you anything. (I think that pricing is each too)

Far field monitoring is cool , but not on a bed-room situation hahaha.
I'm mostly referring to nearfield and midfield monitors which can be quite usefull in most common situations.
