ok,so i have listened to it, and some things bothered me, the progression is weird due to some strange choices in tracks, chable & bonnici's ride did not fit at all after anterra - distance. and rx, what was you thinking playing no one on earth (g&d mix) at such slow speed, it sounds horrible. ok that has maybe to do with that the mix was still at 133 until the first 50 minutes, until finally someone pushed some speed into the mix, altho the wrong way, it should have been built slowly. that drastic pitch up that was done is very annoying really. but enough about that. i felt that i wanted to inject more boost into the mix with a energetic track but i was let down when someone throws into something less energetic after my track. the mastering of the mix was done good, does indeed sound a bit muddy in the beginning but heh 14reencodes does that.

i cannot say i was completely happy with the outcome of the mix but it works really, might listen to it a couple of times, see if it can sink in

I thought the mixing on this cd 2 was excellent, but the energy of some of these tracks let me down. They lacked life almost to the point of depression. That's basically my only problem from this set. On the other hand, the mixing on the first cd was lacking a bit, but was saved by a stellar tracklist.

Uncle Montana, I'm sorry you feel that way. I thought it was an appropriate track that had the right amount of energy. I felt that I've injected a little life into an already downtempo set. If anything I thought the last track was the real energy drainer. I guess I have to turn it up a notch for the next cd then. As I'm still getting my feet wet when it comes to progressive music there's a long terrain of music to cover on my part.

I didn't think the speed change would be that noticeable, but I did it anyways because I was afraid it would all slip--because right after Chimera (a rather powerful track) I thought the whole mix was going to go uphill. Then Armin's Serenity kind of brought the energy down. Serenity is a very uhh... composed track with a very composed and loose breakdown. So I pushed the tempo and added a track that sounded more "fuller", hoping to get everyone to progress it the same with a bit more energy by chosing a faster track... Well, different strokes for different folks, but I like the mix nonetheless.

Does anybody care to create a cue sheet for this?

Well I LOVE IT CD2 is great!
Progression is good, it shoudn't be all rising slope, would make it kinda predictable imo. The mixing is very very good, you lot impressed me. And I love the tracks, they're beautiful, certainly surprising as it is a 'fairly slow set'. I think the strong track selection throughout the mix is thanks to the concept; uniting 14 TAs like that. Sure, things could improve, especially the muddy quality in the beginning, but it's still listenable (very much so).

Anyone with the full CD3 and CD4 tracklists?

Got 90% of 4 here.
