My throat is red raw right now. My tonsils and shit are covered in white crap and when i clear my throat blood comes out. I haven't got a cough though.
Any suggestions on whats good for it?
I keep gargling listerine every 30 mins or so, and a carton of Tropicana seemed to help for a few hours.
My doctors can see me on Thurs at the earliest, at which point i think the problem will be gone.
You don't have a walk-in clinic that can see you sooner?

That's really lame, dude. You shouldn't have to wait to get care for something like that. Sounds like strep throat to me, in which case it wont be gone by Thursday and you'll need antibiotics. That's usually what the white stuff on your tonsils is.

I would gargle with warm salt water as opposed to Listerine. The warmth of the water is pretty soothing and the salt should have the same effect (as the Listerine) on the shit that is growing in your throat.
