As being responsible for running the discount door every week, I understand the frustration. We are trying new things to make it work. The shows are getting full fast with heavy bottle service and more online ticket sales. If I could suggest one thing that would help avoid everything would be just buy online. That bypasses everything.
Either way, I am heavily advocating for quicker system and hope to see improvements.
