My belt drive tables

So I've been using a pair of STR8-50 Stanton turntables, can scratch pretty good with them. Thing is I've had these since the first came out, and I dont know about changing to Direct Drive. I've kinds lost track of what the latest tables are, so if you guys think it's a good time to switch to a Direct Drive tell me why and tell me what ones.

technics SL1200MK2 or the black one 1210 i think.

you can buy them brand new alot cheaper then a few years ago and they are the best, i got one from the radio shack to add with my other two looks beaten up but works perfectly gotta be at least 3years+ old.

they have new models now with gloss finsh and blue lights and reset buttons but u dont need any of that.

Well I would not use them myself for mixing but if they work for you then thats whats important.

Ive only used Technics Directdrive mix techno, tech-house, minimal, prog so Its important for me to have an accurate pitch.

Ya I understand, I constantly have to change the speed of my tables when mixing to keep an accurate pitch and I can do it you wouldent be able to tell if you were listening it just gets very tedious some times and having to switch records and keep pitch and set the arm and stuff all at the same time gets on my nerves just lookin for something that wont hurt the wallet and at the same time prevent me from loosing more hair. I like that table you posted I might end up buying a set.

No matter what you get cdj's turntables etc you will have to adjust the pitch unless you use the pc dj but that borin.

but Technics have gotta be the most popular turntables been around since the 70's or somthing same design from then.

PM if you get some tell me if you can notice the difference from your beltdrive tables.
