Yeah, supersaw is they key. Try using the freeze phase 1 or 2 multi FX on your patch. It seems to give the supersaw that thin and hollow sound.

You can try to do it by yourself for personalized use and for learning purposes, but these sounds already exist in various freeware and commercial soundsets like:

http://www.synthdesign.de/ <-----(freeware)
http://jayb.ath.cx/ <-----(freeware)

http://www.vengeance-sound.de/ <----(commercial)
http://www.rb2k1.com/ <----(commercial)
http://www.sounds-of-revolution.com/ <----(commercial)

rb2k1 is the most "airwave" collection and if you buy it for pro use. please send to me! I want it for home use

Its so easy.. just use the supersaw waveform with long release, and high decay and sustain values. turn up the chorus and treble and use OSC 2 slighly for more spice. and remember to detune ur supersaw about halfway.

I had a go at recreating the sound. It's basically two layers of supersaw with a little bit of pulse wave mixed in on osc 2.
Then I applied lots of freeze phase 1 and 2 chorus (Different chorus types for each part).
