plenty of things - use it as a temperature and humidity device: if the sack is hanging low, its hot; if it's sweaty, itchy and clings to your leg - the humidity is high. On the other hand if it is all shrivelled up and your balls sit higher than your kidneys - its too fucking cold!

also, it can be used as a pointing device, fly swatter, rectal thermometer (hey, that's my excuse and sticking to it!), plus it makes hell of a moisturizing cream (that's the way I pitch my services)... And speaking of pitching... Rather handy when you just have to pitch a tent.
