Depends where your from and if ur used to the cold. Its not cold by any means but the water temp would be in the 70's and to us natives thats too cold to go swimming unless u wear a wet suit.

It may actually be a bit cooler. If winds are around it may seem even cooler or slightly cold.
The water is up to you.

I don't know many ppl that go swimming early in the year.

You can get a pimp hotel and use their jacuzzi.

as a native i wouldnt go swimming in the ocean here in january, but then again if i was coming down from alaska i just might.

just try it. if its too cold, then fuck it, get out.

Just wear body armor, I mean like bulletproof vests and avoid all hip hop clubs
