Well, I don't exactly know what a .nfo does, but you can open it with the notepad. I think it's kind of a text type.
For the .cue file. It's a file that you use when you want to burn a one file mix with multiple tracks. It tells the burning program when change to the next track. As I'm not used to burn, someone would probably explain it in a clearer way.
