I did not see the fight, but I will within 2 weeks when friday night fights decides to televise it. Anyway, Pretty Boy Floyd is the best pound for pound fighter in the world, so he should have won. But what I'm surprised at, is the fact it was a TKO win, Mayweather is the best boxer, but he doesn't have knockout power, so I can only assume it was his speed that peppered Hatton to the canvas.

Hatton's style is to get in close and maul the other guy, fighting a guy like mayweather was tough for him because everytime he went in to maul him he would have to take a few on the way in. By no means is hatton good at missing punches, he's good at taking them, but over the night he just a few too many.

I would have thought that's the reason, but still, Hatton was right in his 'pre-fight bantor' asking Floyd when the last time he scored a knockout was....Well, it's now against him. Haha.
