You might be thinking solely about the Tiesto remix of Kid Vicious' 'Re-form' - Tiesto used a lot of the same synths and strings in both projects. Also, Kid Vicious helped out with Tiesto's Urban Train - you can see his name on some of the credit pages etc ...
Seeing as both producers had a hand on both projects, and both songs were worked on around the same time (Re-form coming out before Urban Train of course), the similarities between the two are that much more apparent.
Just a side note - and strictly my own interpretation of the songs - both Tiesto and Kid Vicious knew they had something good in Re-Form, and took it to the next level with Urban Train. Maybe it's just me, but there is a sense of evolution between the two songs, the growth of an idea and hope that comes around full circle in Urban Train.

I thought the same thing 1st time I heard Tiesto's remixto Reform. Tiesto recyled the same samples he used on Urban Train. I like the remix, but question why a DJ needsto use the same sample twice on 2 different tracks. I guess I should ask ATB, he's was good at that.
