iTunes...
How does the quality suck? iTunes it's the best program on the Mac. You're the first one I hear complain about the quality.

I use Disco, Toast, and the occasional iTunes to burn.
Disco is by far the easiest, and neatest. Smoke actually rises out of the application as it burns. You can even blow the smoke around through your mic. Fun little app.

Got off early today. Did gift exchange at work. I ended up with a wireless mouse. I actually needed one too so it worked out.

Yep, it's that easy. I've been burning all of my CDs like that for months now and I've never had any problems.

My only problem with iTunes is that there's no way to create folder structure when burning a data cd. As such I've had to install Toast, but now I can't burn multiple cds in iTunes unless I relaunch the program in between burns.

Hey Ish,
Do you need to change import preferences from default AAC to wav encoding? This kind of interests me since Lyndsay and I were just talking about the drawbacks of mp3 vs wav, which is a separate thread in the forum right now titled "DJs, how often do you play MP3s in your set?". If you buy a wav encoded track and then burn to a Audio CD using AAC encoding are you compromising the original quality of the purchased track? Are you guys burning data CDs or Audio CDs and how are you importing into itunes? Do you customize your itunes preferences to import using wav encoding or stay with the default AAC? Preferences>advanced>importing
