Got it FINALLY 3 days ago and havent stopped listening to that masterpiece. HOWEVER It seems to me as if theres a lack of SOUND quality. All of u who bought the disc: Do u hear the same ..donno how to describe..."unclean" noises?? especially in the breaks. or at the beginning of disc 2...hard to describe but annoying But maybe thats part of the "atmosphere"??

The lack of sound quality you would be hearing is a result of the album being recorded straight from vinyl. I almost like it because this is what you would hear in a club and it gives it a more "live" feeling to it.

Puuhh...thanks, at least i dont feel like i got fucked anymore, getting a damaged cd or something. Now that i know that it IS "planned" ill try and see the positive side of it

I didn't notice anything wrong with my copy. May be that's because i rarely listen to CDs, mostly vinyls.

its the needle crackle and crap...hehehe...gives a nice live feel...lol...dont worry bout it...its like that...LMAO...

I have the CD and I hear the same cracks and pops so I would think it's the same on all of them. I like it because it's ANALOGUE sound, rich, fuller and all, not some digital crap (ok, it WAS eventually converted to digital but still )
