Hi mate, that clap is too loud for the mix and has way too much reverb in my opinion.
For being your first production, it is good, I remember my first production was total crap haha.
Your problem is not on the melodies, but in the arrangement and technical part of the production. Everything has an excess of reverberation effect, including that piano.
But you came to the right place because here you'll learn a lot, take a look at the tutorials section of this place.
Really appreciate your feedback, I'll take it all on board. To be fair, as soon as we left the studio, I thought - "The Claps are too loud" but yep will def look into all the other points you brought out!
