I didn't notice there ever having been a thread about this, and searched thoroughly in order to determine if there had already been one, but Hybridized has made the unreleased version of the first disc to GU: 24 available (for some time now):

(if this thread has already been posted, or if I'm not allowed to post this link, I'll delete/remove it immediately)

It's structured differently, with some different tracks taking the place of others, but it's otherwise quite similar. The sound quality is a bit off, but definitely poses no problems.

I would post the tracklisting, but since all the new tracks simply show up as ID's, no real point in doing so.

Thanks for the heads up! Detroit Escalator Co. - Ghana wasnt on the GU release. I know the ID to track 02 as well.

Nice! I've seen a bunch of people trying to get ID's for the alternate tracks, and I'm sure they'd appreciate that one.

Someone on their forums posted the tracklisting to a Promo CD that was released around the same time at the actual GU comp, and perhaps ID 6 and 7 can be found there:

Edit: Now i remember. It's on the flip for Substructure - Reader's Wives (awesome tune by the way). It's called Comfort Guide. Which means there is only one track left to ID
