Hey Tranceaddicts! I've been a long-term guest lurker here, but finally decided to sign up, so here's my first post. I'm a long-time musician (bass & keys)/audio tech who started producing a few years ago. My buddy Avery Parker and I are putting together a self-produced electronica CD (primarily trance) and I thought I'd share one of the songs that we just finished. The song is called 'Tonight' and it features the vocals/lyrics of Avonlea Montague. Have a listen and let me know what you think:

I agree with the said post above its very very ncie track the kick and the bass just need some work to give it that punch. it seems like u have a strong kick sound but for some reason its so weak in the low end? regardless i thin kthis is a beautiful track. Honestly I would like to remix it if you'd let me. Just PM me if you are interested sir.
Cheers!

Hey mate
Nice track here, percs at the start are good. Kick could be a bit meatier. The clap is a bit dry for me, though thats kinda nit-picky and just my preference. Cool filter on the bass there :P
Vocals are nicely placed, you've got some cool effects on them and nice touches. Though at some points I've found that the actual lyrics are quite hard to understand (ive never been good at that though :P) - they sound a little muffled, they might need a bit of eqing.
The track's nice, I do really like the vocals actually, she's got a great voice. occasionally, ive found the track gets a bit repetitive. You could try adding a couple of extra layers towards the later verses maybe? A bit of variation on the percs?
Thanks for the listens and all the excellent advice. Our next round of edits will include bumping up the kick/bass. Keep the comments coming!
Nightshift - I sent you a PM. I had no idea that there were other tarnceheads in the Sacramento area - I figured it was just metalheads, blues players, and Fallout Boy-wannabes! We should collab.

Nice one. Some of your percs are reeally good. Agree with everything previously stated both positive and negative.
One more thing, I think your bass instrument is lacking in some way. I think it lets the rest of the track down as everything else is on the next level.
