Idea EQing The Right Bass

Been trying to create a bass im satisfied with...
but i havent really find the right one...

guess it all about EQing the right bass...
but here is my question...

With what do i EQ it with ?
i really dont have any eq-settings on the Roland Jp8000
so...i guess i need som plugins to cubase ?!?

what plugin should i get ?

any1 have some tips ?

waves has some alright eqing plugins, but I dont really use them.. I just stick with the EQ they have standard in Sound Forge 5.0

I also have alot of trouble getting the right bass sound. I suggest just get any eqer and mess around with the settings until it sounds good!
