As im sittng at work listing to Steve Lawler's EM from 2003 I can't help but wish there were more tribal DJs around anymore. I really miss the dirty nasty base lines and drums. Bring back the TRIBAL!!! ya feel me????

I mean tons of DJs play tribal but how many of them play the good tribal that was good back in the day ? The style that Steve Lawler, Deep Dish, and even DT at Vinyl had is gone in todays clubs. All i hear is pots and pans when Djs play tribal nowadays.

woooheee, Saeed and Palash used to seriously rip it in the tribal department. I really wish those two would get back together and start doing the duo thing again. I feel like they've both fallen off a bit since breaking up.

Old Lawler was nuts, I remember seeing him at Nation in like 2003. The roof was torn off it was!
