Serves them right, in my opinion. If you have the computers running a power grid hooked up to a network that, at some point, reaches the internet, then you're a moron. Same goes with any sort of "network" with vital information. If you don't want it accessed, don't make it even remotely accessible.

It's likely that sudden, unexplained blackouts are pretty common in the regions where these attacks have taken place.
