Well, the more people i speak to, the more i hear " Well, movies simply aren't as good as they used to be"

Without sounding like a bitter old coot. I'm interested to hear what your favourite movies of the 2000s would be.

I only have one choice that i can consistantly watch.

tough choice...as movies have indeed gone downhill.

From 2000-now...considering acting, writing, visuals, etc. and if I can name just one:

Lost in Translation

Bill Murray's finest performance, beautifully shot and well written. He was *robbed* of an Oscar (Sean Penn won for Mystic River, another good film).
