i believe he/she means how smart should a girl "act". how smart should a girl present herself as that would be somehow acceptable or unacceptable socially?

i've known girls that, for one reason or another, try not to live up to their potential all the time. as if being an intelligent female precludes one from being acknowledged favorably by her peers or the opposite sex. frustrating.

i've met some pretty dim bulbs that try to act way above their station as well. just broke up with one

well you see, my friend, nowdays, with all this democracy, freedom for everyone, women finally get their chance to get the social status they desire.
but, this creat a problem: is society ready for strong and independent females?
and why men are usually afraid of them?

No offence but, usually the women that claim to be smart aren't really the ones that are actually intelligent.

All clever girls I met were, actually, very good in their social skills (even though they were nerdy) and didn't behave as if they were activists of any sort (which seems to be what you're advocating here).

i don't know about "finally" with respect to American democracy. womyn have had equal government representaion for almost a century now. (military notwithstanding)

what we (you and i) are really talking about is fair and equal social representation, or the perception of such. A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SET OF RULES THAT NO ONE HAS A MONOPOLY ON UNDERSTANDING. we could discuss that for days.
