no, its not difficult to mix in the CDjs, you just cant always get an exact and almost close to exact match to the pitch of another track playing on deck 2.
You see, the CDj100s, have a range of + or - 10% pitch range. However, the increments or decrements go by 0.1%, like 1.2 goes to 1.3 to 1.4 and so on. The problem is, you cant go between 1.2 and 1.3% pitch, so there is a limited accuracy in that case. 
Therefore, what i meant before, is that since a track will be a little off in pitch, you will have to correct the pitch with the jog dial (which i hate having to do constantly when the track is live)
