best pool parties?

I didn't show up until late Thursday last year, so I pretty much skipped the pool parties...
Which hotels are the most RELAXED? (or in other words, I don't wanna be surrounded by overly posh, orange colored chics in skimpy bikinis and dudes flexing their muscles all day while a so-so DJ spins and drinks cost $5694894867.)
I just wanna chill out in the sun, enjoy a frosty beverage, and drift off with some great music--keep it fun and light, relaxing so in the evening I'm pumped for the real deal. Be cool to meet some new people and make some friends to party with at night.
Suggestions?
