ok so after work, i passed by a local argentinan bar to catch the second half, those bitches are closed. FECK!!! they would be the only games in town playing a game like that. FECK HOUSTON!!! but wtf, they pass shit games, with gay teams, *cough* MEXICO *cough* all the damn time, that no self respecting futbol fan wants to see and they omit the Argentina games, one of the greatest Futbol nations on the planet FECK TELEMUNDO AND UNIVISION!! PUTOS!!!

It may have something to do with rights over broadcasting. Argentina games are broadcasted through PPV, I think, maybe because, as you said, they are one of the greatest futbol nations on the planet. I heard even the gods have to pay to see this great team play.
Mexico games are broadcasted because of demand. Yes, there are actually many self-respecting fans that watch Mexico games, including myself.

gonna turn this into the main World Cup Qualifying thread....
lol @ brazil. Is Paraguay that good or is Brazil just underachieving? I know they have Santa Cruz and Kaka is out with surgery, but I'd expect Brazil to handle Paraguay and steamroll their way to their berth in the World Cup. (Someone with CONMEBOL knowledge, please enlighten me)
As for Houston, have you tried the pubs from this list?

Paraguay is playing impressively. Cabaņas is at his prime.
But Brazil isn't doing that bad. They are only in 4th position. I think they want to start with a laidback attitude. They'll pick up their rhythm, eventually.

Saw the first half and even though belize could not pass their own half, mexic couldnt capitalize on anything.
Second half the scores came late and one of them was a penalty so if it wassnt for that mistake of a late foul, it would of been 1-0.
Mexico is in the shitter. When is gio coming back? Seems to be they also need el bofo. |
Poor performance, I agree.
The new coach might make some interesting changes, bringing in new underrated talent.
