My vote is for BT - Content. Often overlooked on ESCM next to Flaming June and, to a lesser extent, Remember, but it's my favourite piece on the album. The pianos are heart-stoppingly beautiful, and I love the breaks section in the middle. A perfect track to end a set, and indeed an album, on.
