I'm not sure if I'm excited or not. I know Ian is a great DJ, and I'd love to see him the way he wants to play... I just expected more. Whatever, not every Liquified event has to be an epic masterpiece

It should be a great show that really brings home the bacon Sambo...most of the bigwigs disappoint for $30+ where Ian and Michael always deliver imo.
Michael played at Midcity with me a few months ago for the Breast Cancer Awareness night and man, he rocked!

Think you've been seeing the wrong bigwigs

nah, the list of disappointments this year...Digweed (twice, once in Miami and once here), Kaskade, Sander, Sasha & Spooky were okay imo, Fanciulli rocked, Zabiela bored me, the best shows I attended weren't even here...Burridge Barrage at Bed and Lights Out at Twilo during WMC were tops.

There were some noteworthy performances by bigwigs too though. Prydz's first ATL performance was certainly one to remember. The mixing was excellent. Hybrid (i guess you'd call Hybrid a bigwig) was stellar as usual.
