Editing a mix in something like Wavelab or Soundforge will take you as long as it would to just re-record it several times. Once it's mixed, it's mixed, unless you are recording each table to a different track then editing, then combining the audio tracks to one. But as long as it is coming out of your mixer in one mixed source, as it normally is, it's not worth trying to fix an actual mix. So, yup... start over... and get really good at not messing up or recovering really quickly if you do.
