Hey im looking for some clubs/bars that are pretty much all techno. Im only 20 so Ive only been to like 10 bars and just not happy with the music I d like a place to just chill, drink, and listen to techno. Any good clean places you guys know of? Im sick of worrying about getting my car broken into when I go to some of these places lol.

are you talking about techno specifically? (like sayin house, jungle, whatever)... or techno to describe that branch of electronic music as a whole

speaking generically. Anything is better than aa lot of the crap

well, if you are only 20, you are basically screwed. liquor laws here are strict so you wont find many places (if any) that let you go in if you are under 21. and most places are kinda hardcore about id, that have techno ever.

the only underage stuff of course was FX (which is finally shut down), the spot had jungle but i think its shut down.. etc. so youll prolly have to wait till you are 21. once you are 21 you have tons of options.. the showbox has had big trance acts coming in consistently for hte last 6 months, night is called "remedy", if you go to http://www.nwtekno.org and click on the upcoming club nights forum youll see all those types of listings.

then there are weeklies that happen all the time on weekdays, but again, 21+. so youll either have to go up to canada, or wait :/

i guarantee you that you will not in any way get into the showbox on a remedy night with a fake id.

save yourself the trouble of getting it taken away and dont go..

sothig didnt mention "The Last Supper Club" and "Down Under" in seattle where they spin "techno"...

well yea juricimo, i could have also listed baltic room and lots of other places, but i didnt cuz hes not 21 (and i dont know of any electronic music type place which is lax on id checking in seattle.. )
