A bit hard to comment on anything based on the low quality sample, but you've got the right idea with the layering, the production just sounds a bit thin, especially the low end. First thing to change will be your kick! All the groove and rhythm arises from the kick, so you gotta get a good fierce one going.
Try a bit more reverb and EQ on those synths, they are promising but sound too basic at the moment. But as i say, first step is to create a deeper, more driving kick and bassline because that will make everything else sound miles better, then start tweaking from there (sounds like you're only using one layer for the bassline..? you need more, try overlaying at least 2 or 3 bass elements in different octaves and frequency ranges and mix them so they integrate nicely with each other). Have fun with the experimenting!

Yeah, i agree with the streaming quality. It is harder to critique with that. I had 2 basslines but i don't think they complemented each other.
