I'm thinking of picking one up at, its only $150

I don't know, for the money, I think I'd rather have more knobs and faders.
I've got a UC-33.

I got a UC-33e for 95 bucks on ebay and it works brilliantly.

im going to use this for torq's effects/vsts/samples so i think it has everything i need as I believe UC-33e is more fit for ableton and the Nocturn has two modes of knobs due to touch sensitivity

It looks good but it's really too small to be used effectively I think, as it only has 8 assignable buttons and knobs. In torq you have 6 effects with 1 parameter and one wet/dry adjustment each, so you're already out of knobs and only have 2 more buttons left.

I'm thinking about getting a UC33e as it looks awesome, but right now I don't have the space for it on my desk.
